Does ANC work when wired?

No, ANC can't be turned on in wired mode. But it works whether Bluetooth is on or off

Why the Bluetooth can't be turned on?

Please fully charge your headphone with USB-A to USB-C charging cable and a 5-10W power wall charger (don't use fast charger). Then reset it.Please use headphone within the operating temperature range: 0°C (32 F) - 45°C(113 F)

Can I use AUX when out of battery?

Yes, when the NC95 Over-ear headphone is out of battery, you can still listen to music but ANC mode is unavailable.

Can I adjust the volume on my headphones in wired mode?

No, the mic and volume button controls do not work in wired mode.

How to reset the headphones?

1. Fully charge headphones with the original charging cable and 5-10w charger (do not use fast charger).

2. Insert the included audio cable into the headphone and then remove it (You may have to insert it a few times to reset successfully).
