    Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method that you choose. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

    WITHIN THE U.S.

    A USPS carrier will deliver to PO Boxes, APOs/FPO addresses, or US Territory addresses.

    Domestic shipments will be supplied a delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number.

    Economy Shipping (5-12 business days)— Economy is the least expensive and is serviced by UPS Mail Innovations or Surepost. Final delivery is made by USPS via Mail Innovations. Final Delivery is made by UPS or USPS (depends on delivery driver) via Surepost.

    Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) — Standard is shipped using UPS ground or USPS priority depending on the weight and destination.

    Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)--Expedited is shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

    Overnight Shipping (1-2 business days)-- Overnight is shipped using UPS overnight or USPS express mail depending on the weight and destination. Orders placed with this service Monday - Friday before 1:00 PM CST will be shipped same day.

    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday.

    All other shipping services - Orders placed for these services will be shipped the next business day.

    We are currently unable to sell to customers in Alaska due to sales tax processing requirements.

    OUTSIDE THE U.S.

    Our standard international services include USPS Priority or DHL Mail Service (there are no brokerage fees associated with this shipping method, delivery would be made by the same carrier that would deliver a USPS parcel). Which service used is determined by weight and destination. Sorry, but we do not adhere to requests for a preferred service. Standard parcels can take in excess of 4-8 weeks to arrive due to customs delays, but typically arrive within 2 weeks. Our Expedited Service can arrive within 4-7 business days to most locations and ships via UPS Expedited. For guaranteed tracking we recommend selecting our expedited service, UPS Expedited.

    Shipments are processed once payment clears, and shipped within 2 business days.

    International Standard shipping may not come with tracking. For guaranteed tracking, select International Expedited.

    International Expedited shipping class utilizes UPS Expedited.

    Orders valued at $500 or greater must be shipped via Express International. Expedited International must be selected as the service class.

    Import duties & taxes are not included in item price or shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your country's customs office to determine import costs prior to bidding/buying. VAT may be added separately during checkout for select countries per eBay’s checkout process.     How do I return my order? We want you to be completely happy! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns (excluding lots, swimwear and intimate bottoms, health, beauty and fragrance items, and perishables). Item(s) must be returned in original condition within 30 days with original tags/packaging. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke we will not process a return. Intimate apparel bottoms including panties and swimwear bottoms are non-returnable. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the merchandise less all shipping costs.

    You can initiate all qualifying returns through your eBay order. If you have questions on how to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team.

    When will I receive a refund? When we receive your package we will process the return within 2 business days. You will receive a refund for the purchase price less all shipping costs. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment.

    Can I return an item outside of 30 days?--We do not accept returns over 30 days of delivery date. Refer to eBay’s return policy to see if item is eligible for return.

    Since you are an outlet that offers incredibly deep discounts, can I expect quality items? BHFO is an off-price retailer delivering great value to our customers by combining the Best Brands in Fashion at Better Prices. Our buyers are always searching for the hottest deals for the entire family. Some of the products we offer may have been on a sales floor and could have been tried on, just like what you find when you shop at a retail store. In addition, since they are sent through a reverse supply chain (ex. from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse) they can show signs of slight imperfections and handling. Our preowned conditioned items have been used or worn previously. We will do our best to describe the condition of these items. We may not be able to provide additional photos of the condition.

    The following are examples of minor imperfections that are possible and will not be noted as flaws in the description:

    -Item may possess one or more price tags and/or stickers indicating multiple markdowns.

    -May need to be steamed, washed or dry-cleaned before wearing due to handling or trying on in department stores. Examples: makeup/deodorant marks.

    -Small seam separations.

    -Loose threads/beads/embellishments. If an item is missing embellishments/buttons but extras are included, we will not disclose this in the description.     -We are not responsible for variances in certain materials such as silk, linen and other natural fabrics.

    -We find that many of these imperfections can be easily fixed. Any major flaws not listed above will be stated in the description of the item. We guarantee that if an item has a major flaw which is not disclosed in the description, you may return it for your money back.

    -Due to lighting and computer monitor settings there may be variations in color of the item pictured. BHFO will do our best to describe the item.     Can I shop by size? BHFO sells thousands of items each week and our inventory is constantly changing. For your convenience, you can search our current eBay inventory by size, style, color or brand. Since our inventory changes daily, we cannot promise that we will have the exact same item or size in our inventory tomorrow. We sell our items for well below retail, so we are not able to offer an exchange on our inventory. However, you may return the item and reorder the same or similar item from our eBay store if available.

    How do I know if apparel is true to size? Sizing often varies by brand. We recommend searching the manufacturers website to view their size chart for additional fit and measurements.

    Are measurements available? We supply some measurements, but because of our outlet model, we are unable to list all measurements. BHFO stated measurements listed are within 2 inches including inseam and length. Due to manufacturer variations in materials, fabric and stretch content, we cannot be responsible if measurements are not exact.

    Can I purchase an item if I live outside the U.S.? Yes, you can in most cases. However, some items have eBay and/or international restrictions which prevent us from shipping them to certain countries, or we may not have current licensing to sell outside the Domestic United States.     Can I purchase multiple items? Yes, as long as you don't checkout/pay for any of the items until you are DONE shopping and purchase under one eBay user ID, you can continue to add multiple items to your cart and receive shipping discounts.
