This is a Dell refurbished unit purchased directly from Dell. Dell offers a 21 day return policy on all brand new notebooks, so several of them are returned with no problems but the customer changes their mind and decides not to keep the item. Some systems may have a few cosmetic blemishes that would not affect the operation of the system. Dell sells all returned systems whether they were used or not as "refurbished". All of Dell's refurbished notebooks are retested and repackaged to meet original factory specifications, and carry the same warranty and support as the brand new systems.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
This system comes with a 3 year manufacturer's warranty with Onsite/In-Home Service after Remote Diagnosis from Dell ending on 3/27/2027. You will be able to transfer the warranty into your name upon receiving your notebook. We will provide you with a link to Dell's online form along with the necessary info. If you would like an extended warranty, you can extend the warranty through Dell for additional cost.
**CAUTION when looking at other sellers' items** In my experience of working with Dell Tech Support for the last 19+ years, if you are not listed as (or have the correct name of) the owner on file with Dell, they will treat the system as stolen and will not work with you to fix it even if it still under warranty. If the ad does not clearly state that the warranty is transferable into your name, ask them or assume you cannot take advantage of the warranty.Per our Reseller Agreement with Dell, we can only ship to people who LIVE in the continental United States (48 states only). No international buyers with freight forwarding addresses, please. The S&H cost is $39.00 to anywhere in the continental U.S. which includes insurance.
Items will most often ship the same business day if payments are made prior to 1:00 pm Eastern Time. You can inquire about possible same day shipments with payments made between 1:00 and 5:00 pm Eastern time for an additional $10.00 fee.
We ship via FedEx ground or FedEx home delivery with direct signature required. Therefore, you must be available to sign for package when delivered. Due to the Seller Protection Policy, it will not be possible to make arrangements to pick the package up at the local FedEx facility. For an additional $15, we can have FedEx deliver the package in the evening.
Refer to the map in the last picture above for ESTIMATED number of shipping days to your location. Saturdays and Sundays do not count as shipping days except some addresses may have Saturday delivery.
If you would like expedited shipping, please send us your FULL address for a quote. Payment for expedited shipping must be made at time of initial payment so please contact us PRIOR to purchasing/paying for item so shipping charges can be adjusted accordingly. In the event a system would be need to be returned for ANY reason (buyer OR seller cause), expedited shipping cost is NOT refundable.
NOTE: Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses.

As an Indiana based merchant, we are required to collect sales tax on all purchases shipped to an Indiana address. 100% refund (INCLUDING original and return shipping) if one of the following occurs:
100% refund (LESS original shipping fee) if you change your mind PRIOR to opening the box.
80 - 90% partial refund (LESS original shipping fee) if you change your mind AFTER opening the box. (% based on condition of original packaging)
50 - 80% partial refund (LESS original shipping fee) if product has been damaged or components missing.

We have not inspected the contents or operation of the system and therefore, cannot verify that each individual system is operating properly. Dell, however, inspects each system before shipping it and verified that everything is operating properly. Any system performance issues need to be addressed by contacting Dell through their warranty coverage procedure.
